"Fuck!"

Tony slammed his hammer against the large hunk Of metal that glowed white
"That's not helping" I said an lifted my goggles

We were both in the lab, tony had on his tank tip and old jeans that were grease up , I was no better, I was helping him and had grease smiled on my jeans grey shirt and hands

My face was darker then usual from the stuff and I rubbed my face from the sweat "does this place have a air conditioner? it's hot in here" I mumbled and looked at tony

He handed me a screw driver and I started tinkering with the part he showed me
To much time around tony, meant you have to learn fast about what he does

Mostly when you live with them

Even annabeth commented that being around him made me a technology geek, much I Leo's delight...
I became a fixer boy when Leo didn't want to do anything, and camp started calling more then usual...

"Your dozing off again" tony said and threw a rag at my face, I blushed and chuckled "sorry, why ain't Bruce here helping?" I asked an looked around

"He a Natasha went out with Steve for something" he said and I smirked and tugged my welding goggles back down
"Probably trying to find him a date, knowing Natasha" I said and tony scoffed

"Please, Bruce doesn't want anything to do with Steve and his love life, if anything he only went because Tasha asked him to go" I shrugged and threw a few screws in the machine

The light sparked in front of me and I cursed in Greek As it shocked me

"Wow, I sure what you just said would have made a nun fall to her knees" he joked and I shook my hand and threw a screwdriver at him
He dodged it and laughed

"Alright, I think it's done" he claimed an we got in both sides and of the large glowing circle an lifted it up into a standing position

"The particles in the arc reactor tubes may react differently if we mix them..." he muttered and we pulled are goggles off

I put on my gloves and looked around it with him "maybe we need to connect it with a unknown organism, it's structure could hold enough to open up the portal" I claimed and he shook

"No, I downloaded it so I knows all the organism mankind has.... but..." he turned to me and rubbed his hands together

"Not demigod organisms" he said and I laughed and shook my head
"That wouldn't work!" I claimed and he grabbed my shoulders

"It could work! an it would be stable I just need you to power some energy into it and... ugh... step in them step out quickly" he said and gestured to the large machine

"Alright, what could go wrong?" I said and stepped away from tony

I stepped In And grabbed the sides, the glow on the toons brightened when my hands touched it and I let some on my energy flow into it

"Alright!" tony said from behind me
Suddenly a blue shield surrounded the machine and me and to y was pushed back, "stop!" he yelled and I felt like I was being pulled down

"I can't it's pulling me in! shut it off!" I yelled over the sound of a clank and metal and wind
"I-" my feet were pulled up off the floor and started being pulled into the portal shield

"Hold on!" to y slammed his hand on buttons and my hands slipped
I screamed In alarm and slammed into the shield

My feet sank in and I couldn't feel them, my torso was sinking I. Fast and I was grabbing at the floor desperately
"TONY!" I saw Steve and Clint in the room trying to get past the field and Thor was trying to help tony

"Hold on!" Steve said and was shot by the field
He and Clint flew back into the tables and they collapse under the weight

I sank Into the portal completely an it shut off, my vision blurred and my body went numb
