Episode 11: New Life

It was midnight when Gary tried to enter Ash's room.

But before he can touch the doorknob, a hand touches him as he and the mysterious figure disappeared and reappeared outside of the Pokémon Center.

At the open field.

Gary was shocked that he was now outside.

Gary - What?! Where am I?

Ash - Are you stupid? We are at the open field.

Gary - Grrr.... How dare you call me stupid?! Huh?!

Ash - Well, your plan is obvious though. You will enter at my room and tried to steal my pokéball where Mewthree was there right?

Gary once again was shocked that his plan was debunked.

Gary - Wait. How did you know that?

Ash - Well, let's just say I can predict what will happen next. Anyway, want to have a pokémon battle with me? Don't worry, I'll give you a handicap and an advantage.

Gary - And what are those?

Ash - I'll only use 3 pokémon while you, you can use all of your pokémon. Also, I will not use my strongest pokémon here. Fair enough, right?

Gary - Don't you dare try to cheat on me. Are we clear on that?

Ash - Fine with me. He said casually.

Gary - *as he took out his pokéball and threw it into the air* Go Arcanine!

Arcanine made his first entrance on the battlefield by barking.

Ash - An Arcanine huh? Well then, let's play fire by fire. *as he took out his pokéball and threw it into the air* Go, Charmander! I choose you!

Charmander goes out from his pokéball and faced Arcanine.

Gary didn't hesitate and commanded his pokémon.

Gary - Arcanine, Use Flamethrower!

Arcanine fired an red-orange beam of fire to Charmander that is large enough to engulf him in flames.

Ash smirked and commanded,

Ash - Charmander, use Devour!

Gary - Devour?

Charmander did what Ash told to him and began devouring the flames.

After 20 seconds of continuous devouring, Gary notices something is wrong and began to halt his pokémon.

Gary - Arcanine, halt your attack!

Arcanine halted his attack and the flames are gone.

Charmander on the other hand, is now well fed by the flames. One attack and an extraordinary event will happen.

Ash - Nice. Now, use your new move, Charmander. Fire Spin at 80% of your power!

Charmander fired a sphere of red-orange flames that is 4x larger on his size.

The attack landed on Arcanine and he took moderate damage (Arcanine's HP: 82% left)

Suddenly, Charmander's body began to glow in white.

When the light died down, Charmeleon made his first appearance. Meaning, Charmander has evolved into Charmeleon.

Gary - What the hell?! Your Charmander evolved just simply using a move?! H-H-How?!

Ash - Heh. Like in hell I will tell you. He said cockily.

Gary - Grrrr........ Fine. Have it your way. You're going to lose anyway. Arcanine, use Bite attack!
