______________________________________ kevin stood in the stand with shackles around his wrist he could see his mom , brother , his friends and justin
he didn't know why he was charged with rape because he hadn't even did anything with the girl yet
he looked over to the stand and seen her he stood their emotionless but in the inside it was all funny to him
"today we will be reviewing the case of kevin perez who is charged with rape and assault" the judge spoke flipping through pages "how do you pled mr. perez" she asked
kevin opened his mouth speaking into the mic "not guilty" kevin said swallowing harshly
"ms. jones can you tell me what happened before we get into the evidence" she said
"i-it was 8:00pm i just had got back from school-i mean work and he was sitting in my room on the bed and he smiled at me walking up to me he grabbed my neck really hard till i passed out and i woke up to him pushing it into me-" she was then cut off by kevin's lawyer
"ms.jones i thought he came to your house at 3:00am and even around both times he was at memorial hospital visiting his friend" his lawyer said fixing his glasses
TIME SKIP
"kevin perez you are not guilty due to lack of evidence from assault and there was no dna that matched yours in ms.jones" the judge spoke banging the gavel on the wood
the gaurd walked kevin to the doors but was stopped by justin , he hugged kevin and kissed his cheek "i missed you so much my heart" justin said rocking kevin back and fourth
the Guard looked at his watch with a bored face " i missed you to mami , you ok?" kevin said kissing justin's head he nodded in response
"alright enough chit chat perez you'll talk more when you get out" the Guard said pulling him away
justin sighed knowing it'll probably be around 8pm before he is let out he walked out of the court house getting into dd's car waiting for him he opened Instagram
