After hours of long working. It was 1:56 am. The boss let everyone leave. Ace, spike, and cherri got together.
Cherri: so how did we all do??
Ace: Boss was a little mad at me today.
Spike: I was mostly with the boss.
Cherri: seriously though. Are you the boss's favorite or something?
Spike: I guess.
Cherri: you should ask! But I think he goes to far... what's the word again....
Ace: favoritism?
Cherri: yeah.
Spike:...i don't care what the boss thinks of me. Im just trying to do my job. What I was made to do.
Ace: I mean makes sense.
Cherri: made to do?? You've really must of wanted to work here!
Spike was about to say something but just closed his mouth. They walked to their houses and when spike entered his house he immediately sat on his couch
Spike: finally. I'm away from that place...
Spike sighed and got up and headed to his kitchen. He made himself a sandwich and ate it and checked his phone. Ace and cherri were messaging the group they had. He saw they were talking about the fact the weekend was soon.
Spike: god the weekend won't save me from that shitty place.
Then spike got a message from his boss. The boss had asked if he could call. Spike said yes and his boss called him
Spike: what is it.
Boss: I have something special I want to do
Spike: what's that. You wanna fuck me or something.
Boss: no no no!!! I need Help with something!
Spike: is it a boner.
Boss: just shut up puff! You are the ONLY lab worker so far that is aware of the universe your "original self" or Clone template or whatever you wanna call it. I need you to help me with something
Spike: what is it.
Boss: I need you to get me some.... DNA? Like blood, hair, ect.
Spike: and how do I do that.
Boss: well.... I can show you.
Spike:...tomorrow or today?
Boss: today if you would like
Spike: if I can get it over with.
Boss: alright. See you soon.
The boss hanged up the call and spike put his phone in his pocket. And headed to the lab. The lab surprisingly looked nicer at night. Spike headed to the boss's office.
Boss: glad you're here spike!
Spike: just teach me. I want this OVER with.
Boss: traveling universes!
Spike:....how
Boss: like in shows or whatever. A portal!
Spike:....I-....sounds cringy but okay.
Boss: I want you to simply step through this portal and get me some dna!! Simple! I wanna make more clones!
Spike: who do you want me to get dna of
Boss: the British one, the one with a jumper, and...... just those two for now!
Spike: alright. I guess.
Boss: and if anything happens!! That's that!
Spike: cool I guess..
Spike: so.... I just step through?
Boss: yep!
Spiel stepped near the portal and stared at it. He cringed a bit and before he entered the portal messaged his friends that he was gonna be somewhere real quick. Then. Got pushed through by his boss.
