Sidney and Tatum had finished half of their school day already, and it was now lunchtime. Tatum was sitting with her "boyfriend", Stu Macher. Sidney was sitting with her boyfriend, Billy Loomis. Tatum hated Billy. She was pretty sure everyone in the school did. He reminded her of Jason Dean, from the movie "Heathers." Tatum didn't like Sidney being around Billy, but he made her happy and that was all that mattered to Tatum. Tatum still wasn't sure if he was what made Sidney truly happy though. Tatum knew that if Sidney knew how she felt, and if she felt the same way, Tatum could make her happier than anything else in the entire world. But that would never happen.
Tatum had basically been drowning out everything that everyone was saying, that was until Sidney spoke though. "Tatum, what are you thinking about?" That snapped Tatum out of her thoughts. "Oh.. nothing really. Just.. spaced out I guess." Tatum lied. She was actually thinking about what her and Sidney's future could look like together if they both liked eachother. "You're lying, I don't like it when you lie to me Tate, what's the matter?" Sidney pleaded. Tatum sighed. "I.. I cant Tell you. Not yet, anyways. I'm sorry Sid, I really am. I'm just not ready yet."
Sidney nodded her head in understandment. "It's okay, just as long as you're okay." Sidney smiled a bit, and put her hand on Tatum's shoulder. Sidney had the prettiest smile, and Tatum couldn't help but blush every time she saw it. She also couldn't help but blush every time Sidney touched her. Sidney's hands were always soft, and gentle. Tatum wished she could hold Sidney's hand, but that would make things awkward between the two, and she desperately didn't want that to happen.
Lunch eventually came to an end, and Tatum and Sidney headed to their next class. Luckily for them, they had the same schedule for all of the their classes, so Tatum got to spend even more time with Sidney.
Sidney liked Tatum for at least two years now, but she had always been too scared to say anything because she didn't want to ruin her and Tatum's friendship. Little did she know, Tatum loved her more than anyone else in the world ever could.

Tatum and Sidney headed back to Tatum's house. It was Friday, which meant that they would be having their annual weekend sleepover. Sidney usually stayed for the whole weekend. Sidney didn't usually let Tatum stay at her house, but on rare occasions she would. "Oh shit!" Sidney yelled. Tatum cocked her head to the side. "What's the matter babes?" She asked. "I left all my stuff at my house.. you wouldn't mind dropping me off and coming to get me later tonight, would you?" Sidney asked respectfully. Tatum nodded her head. "Yeah of course." Tatum turned around the car and began driving to Sidney's house.

Sidney was home alone, and waiting for Tatum to come pick her up. She had been home alone before, but with these killings going on, she felt extremely unsafe. Tatum was running a bit late, which usually happened, but Sidney was still worried. What if something happened to her? What if she died? What if she got murdered by ghostface? What if? What if? What if?????!!!!!
A loud ringing caught her attention. It was the phone, of course. Sidney walked over to it and picked it up, holding it close to to her ear as she spoke. "Hello?" She said, it came out as more of a question. "Hello Sidney." A gruff voice on the other line said. "Umm.. who is this? Is this Randy?" Sidney asked. "Oh I'm not Randy, Sidney. I'm your worst nightmare!" The person said. "Okay, haha very funny Randy. Lose the voice, it's seriously giving me the creeps!" Sidney laughed her nerves off, trying to convince herself that it was her friend that called her.
"What do you say we play.. a game?" The person said, sounding more menacing to Sidney every time they spoke. "Hmm, what kind of game?" Sidney asked. "Let's see if you can guess which door I'm at."
"What do you mean?"
"There are two main doors in your house. One in the front and one in the back. Guess which one I'm at, and you get to live. Guess wrong, and you'll be the next Casey Becker!"
Sidney gasped. She was starting to feel extremely scared now. She quickly walked over to her front door, and opened it. She saw nobody. "Nice try Randy, you're not fooling me." Sidney said.
"I TOLD YOU THIS ISN'T RANDY." The person yelled. Sidney hung up the phone, and slowly walked into the living room. She heard a loud noise upstairs. "Huh.." she mumbled to herself. She began to walk upstairs. She heard another noise, but this time, it came from her bedroom. She hesitantly opened the door to her room, but nothing was in there. She walked over to her window to see if Tatum had gotten there yet, but she hadn't. Suddenly, someone bursted out from the closet.. someone in a ghostface costume. Sidney screamed. She quickly ran downstairs, but the person kept following her.
"Get away from me you fucker!" Sidney yelled, throwing anything that was in her path at ghostface. Ghostface tumbled over, but almost immediately got back up and began chasing Sidney again. Sidney hurriedly grabbed the phone and dialed 911. Someone answered. "911 what is your emergency?" The woman on the other line asked. "Please help me! HES gonna kill me!" Sidney yelled. She didn't have much time before ghostface got to her, so she had to be quick. She told the woman her address, and quickly hung up the phone before running back upstairs, but as soon as she did, she ran into someone. She screamed again, before realizing that it was her boyfriend, Billy Loomis. "B-Billy!! You have to help.." Sidney paused mid-sentence. If Billy was here, and ghostface wasn't.. what if.. Billy WAS ghostface??!
Sidney ran away from Billy and ran outside. The police were there.. thank god! She saw Tatum's car pull up to her house almost immediately after the police showed up. Tatum quickly got out of her car and ran up to Sidney. "Sid! Oh my god, babes, I am so sorry I'm late.. are you okay??" Tatum asked frantically, checking Sidney's body for any wounds that she might've obtained. "I'm okay Tate.. don't worry." Sidney said. Tears welled in her eyes, and she was trying ever so hard to not let them fall. She didn't want to worry Tatum any more than she already was.
Dewey came running up to them. "Sidney! Sidney, is everything alright?" Dewey asked, sadness laced in his tone of voice. "I'm fine now, I think I know who might be behind these murders though." Sid said, still trying not to cry. Dewey sighed. "I'm real sorry Sid, but we have to take you into the department for questioning." Dewey said. Sidney nodded her head, and got into the police car. She could hear Tatum outside of the car crying.
Tatum was crying because she felt like she had failed Sidney as her best friend. "Dewey.. I'm such a horrible friend! If I had just gotten here in time, none of this would've ever happened! Oh god!" Tatum was sobbing into her brothers arms. "Tate, you aren't a bad friend," Dewey paused and lowered his voice to a whisper, but Sidney could still hear him. "Or a bad potential girlfriend." Dewey winked at Tatum. Tatum out her hands over his mouth. "Shut up idiot! She could hear you!" Tatum whispered. She quickly glanced at Sidney, just to make sure she hadn't heard anything. It didn't seem like she did, so Tatum looked back at her brother. "It's just.. I love her so much Dewey. I can't let anything happen to her! I could never forgive myself if I did!" She started crying again. Dewey hugged her, and patted her back to comfort her. They pulled away from eachother, and Tatum muttered a small thank you to Dewey before getting back in her car and beginning to drive to the police station.
Little did she know.. Sidney heard everything.
