This is an OC x Character story, so if you can't stand my OC's personality, then please leave. The timeline of this story sets in 2010, so I will not be using the "TikTok humor" and just overly chaotic, so if you're used to that, you're definitely going to get bored with this.
I am also very unfamiliar with such things as area codes, I don't know those, so I'm not going to include them. Kyoya will be very serious in this fic (especially in the chat) so that's also one of the reasons why you're going to get bored.
