"Child are you okay?" [READACTED] would ask the small child, the child in response said nothing, "don't worry! I'll get you to a safe place!.." the person would say, taking them to a police station, the child only said nothing.

The child could only stay silent to scared, helpless, shocked to answer anyone.
"Hey kid you good..?" A police woman asked, the child said nothing. "She won't speak. Don't worry kid I promise to give you a safe place to live." She took the child by the hand, and heads out the police station. Where was she taking the child? Hopefully somewhere safe and cozy.
