"Please, please," Maddie came stumbling into the pub, finally making it back to the village, "Someone, someone. You, help..."

"Whoa, whoa," the Tavern Keeper came up to him, trying to calm the hysterical Maddie down

"You must help me. It's (Y/N)! He's got, he's got (Y/N). She's locked in a dungeon."

"Who's got her?"

"An Octopus! A huge, horrid, monstrous Octopus!"

Everyone around her just laughed at her story. But Maddie couldn't have been more serious.

"My daughter's life is in danger. Why do you laugh?" Maddie asked them, "It's not a joke. His castle is hidden in the woods. It's already winter there."

"Winter in June?" Jean asked as the villagers laughed

"Crazy old Maddie!" An old woman said

"Listen to me!" Maddie had enough of their taunts, "The Octopus is real. Do you understand? Will no one help me?"

"I'll help, Maddie," Squilliam spoke up

"What?" Maddie turned to Squilliam as he stood from his chair, "You will?"

"Everybody... stop making fun of this woman at once."

"Captain, thank you."

"Don't thank me, Maddie. Lead us to the Octopus."

The villagers seemed confused as to why Squilliam was falling for this seemingly crazy story. Who would ever believe that there was an Octopus living in a castle? But Patrick caught onto Squilliam's plan. Squilliam only wanted to save (Y/N) to win her favor regardless if Maddie's claims were true. Maddie began to lead the two into the forest to find this Octopus. Meanwhile, back at the castle, the whale dressed in pink was excited at the news of there being a girl in the castle.

The whale's mother, Mrs. Puff, was doing everything to calm her adopted daughter, Pearl, down. She was so excited. But she got the teenager to calm down before she broke something in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the Octopus walked into the dining room, ready for his dinner. But, when he sat down, he saw that two sets of plates and dishes had been set up. And he knew exactly who they were for. Swiping the plates and cutlery off the table, the Octopus called out to Spongebob, knowing that the childish sponge was behind this. The Octopus burst into the kitchen to confront his staff.

"You're making her dinner!" The Octopus said, clearly upset

"Well, we thought you might appreciate the company," Spongebob defended himself

"Master Squidward, I just want to assure you that I had no part in this hopeless plan," Mr. Krabs said, trying to make sure his master knew that he had no part in this, "Preparing a dinner, designing a gown for her, giving her a suite in the East Wing!"

"You gave her a bedroom?!" Squidward asked Mr. Krabs

"No, no, no. He gave her a bedroom," Mr. Krabs pointed to Spongebob

"This is true," Spongebob admitted, "But if this girl is the one who can break the spell then maybe you could start by using dinner to charm her. Good thinking, Mr. Krabs!"

"What?"

"That's the most ridiculous idea I've ever heard!" Squidward scoffed "Charm the prisoner!"

"But you must try, Master," Spongebob said in a calm voice, "With every passing day we become less human."

"She's the daughter of a common thief. What kind of person do you think that makes her?"

"Oh, you can't judge people by who their mother is, now can you?" Mrs. Puff asked Squidward
