Cindy and Charlie have a bond together being Sister and Brother Relationship, They love each other as Sister and Brother. They sleep next to each other at night. They hang out together too. They love having fun together. They go and have fun with their Pup Friends, Then it gets late and Scrappy tells them to come inside the house. Cindy and Charlie go inside the house. Cindy and Charlie sit next to each other and eat dinner. Once they are done with dinner. They relax and then they go to take a nap next to each other in their Pup Beds. Despite their fights and arguments, Cindy and Charlie don't let that break their bond. Cindy and Charlie have a strong unbreakable bond.
