✧𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙧✧ Stardust Cookie

21. Unintended

Y/N yawned as they slowly woke up. It was another day without Stardust beside them; yet a day without trapped by Starlight. Tiramisu was fast asleep on her bed, whilst Y/N had fell asleep on her beanbag. Stretching their arms, they weakly got up and headed into her living room. Y/N had remembered that Tiramisu's brother had told them to come to the station to get some statements for a false imprisonment and a kidnapping.

Pulling over a coat, Y/N stepped outside, being met with a harsh rain and wind- but that didn't matter. All that mattered was that Stardust would be free soon and Starlight would be jailed instead of his innocent brother.

Whilst walking down to the station, they felt a hand yank them into an alleyway, a scream escaping them. Yet a hand covered their mouth. "Calm down, it's just me." Turning around, they noticed it was Buttercream. "What are you doing out here alone? You said you'd been kidnapped, meaning it could probably happen again." He spoke. "Let's just get you down to the station quickly, it pretty wet out here."

Upon entering the station, a few other officers told Y/N to sit down whilst they questioned them, since Buttercream was going on his break. In the middle of the questioning of the kidnapping, being the more crucial one, Buttercream walked in.

"There's two masked men outside with a orange haired man, holding guns." Another officer beside Buttercream said. Y/N gasped at this, trembling. Starlight was back, and here for them specifically. Had he had his guards stalking her? Or was there more behind this. Perhaps a perpetrator? So many questions flooded through their head with no answer.

The officers grabbed their guns and walked outside, going to question the men. A few gunshots as well as shouts were heard. Y/N covered their ears and ducked under the table, hoping that those cries were from Starlight being shot.

Two minutes later, some people walked in, dragging a male and two others. Glancing up, Y/N was taken aback. Starlight hung limp in the officers hands before cuffing him. They dragged him and his guards off to the cells to keep them there before they faced court.

"That was the man that kidnapped me!" Y/N spoke, seemingly almost happy they'd caught him. All that was left now was to free Stardust. "Hey uh...Buttercream?" His eyes flicked to meet theirs. "By any chance...could I visit Stardust?"...

(I know sorry, short chapter. I've been ill for ages now and have had little motivation :') It'll be a better next chapter I promise)
