"you promised me muzan. i told you i was leaving today." muzan had his hand gripped on your arm, the look of uncertainty in his eyes. he wanted to force you to stay and tell you that you weren't ever leaving him. he wanted you to obey him like everyone else did, why couldn't you just abide by his instructions? he wanted to but he couldn't gather himself to do it! but why?
"fine leave." your eyes widened at how easy it was for him to resist you. his grip gone and his breathing slowing down.
"that easy?" you questioned him...wasn't he supposed to force you? threaten you? scare you into not leaving?
"you wanted to leave so...you're dismissed." in a way his nonchalant attitude kinda annoyed you, no it pissed you off. you made a small pout before opening his front door.
"i'm leaving now." you said just to get a reaction.
"what are you waiting for then? you should've been gone by now." he said crossing his arms and raising his eyebrow. you groaned to yourself before slamming his front door leaving muzan to smirk and roll his eyes.
of course he wasn't actually going to let you leave but he was going to let you think you got away. with a snap of his fingers kokushibo had appeared in his condo.
"yes muzan sama."
"i want you to keep an eye on y/n. she thinks she's not coming back but she is and i want you to watch her while i'm out doing business." kokushibo nodded his head at muzan's orders.
"of course muzan sama." kokushibo wondered what his obsession with this woman was but he didn't question muzan's intentions.

i saw a couple of kids playing and decided to ask them if they knew what town i was in right now.
"um excuse me little ones...do you happen to know what town this is?" they both looked at you weirdly at first by the sudden approach.
"you're in asakusa city right now ma'am" your eyes softened a little because you weren't far from your own town.
"thank you so much kids." they just stared at you and the little girl decided to speak.
"you're pretty...do you have a husband?" the compliment and question alone made your cheeks burn.
"thank you, you're adorable yourself and unfortunately i do not." the little girl and the little boy only stared with confusion. suddenly the vividness of muzan's teeth sinking into you replayed in your mind and his charming features.
why was he in your head still? that villainess, wicked, and vile entity? following a question about a husband?
you left the kids after saying your goodbyes now wandering through the town in muzan's t-shirt and shorts. you knew you looked crazy as you walked the busy streets of this fancy town in this slummy attire. people glancing at you as if you were some poor woman ignorant to the fact you were a very successful doctor.
