Creating new things is a specialty of the world in 2114. Spaceships still aren't payed for by the government, but they are still building in secret. The world may be large, though it is still really small. Modern websites are now overrun with criminals and services that track them down. The world is full of criminals. Each one killed is just one less mouth to feed. Family values are strong. Their government forced the job to be more important. Animals have new, unknown genes called 'Scribbler moon'. It controls their genomes, and also hurts humans with certain allergies. With the effect is dogs became smarter than humans. They learned to talk and could teach us new things. We named it 'Scribbler moon' because the first dog was found drawing with a kid. Of course, the first dog died sooner than later. No reason why. When the kid grew up,he made another moon. He told the scientists he got the idea from his dog. Guess what? Society may want peace, but government don't.
