After a failed attempt to find a running car we headed to the mall. I looked around and decided to change. Walking into the clothing store and looking around I found a black crop top, some black jeans, a red flannel, and black military boots.
After I changed I looked around and got lost in my thoughts again. I walked up to a collectors shop in the mall. Looking around I saw a lot of cool things but what stood out to me was the knives.
I sat in front of him as he handed me the envelope.
"Here"
I took it and looked inside.
"I know you'll get it done"
"Yes sir"
I closed the envelope and walked off.
Thinking back then to my old job, I did well by leaving. I grabbed a few knives, I put one on my hip and one in each of my boots. I walked back out and went to where we were staying in the mall. When I got back everyone was sitting at a table.
"Oh M/n you're back"
Everyone looked at me when Arisu announced that I was there. I sat next to Karube and Arisu, who fixed my plate I thanked him. I could feel Shibuki looking at me but I also felt Karube and Chota looking.
"Hey what were you guys doing when everyone disappeared?"
Shibuki asked.
"Bathroom"
"We were all in the same stall"
"Why were you all in the same stall?"
Then she looked at me.
"Nevermind"
I looked down not in the mood to deal with this when Karube spoke up.
"Where were you?"
The look on her face showed it was something she wished to hide.
"I was at work"
"Yeah worked my ass" I mumbled.
Which I guess only Karube heard as he tried to not laugh. She explained how she was brought here three days ago and everyone died.
"You mean you used them as bait"
"Think whatever you want all I wanted was to survive"
I tuned the rest of the conversation out and before I felt someone touch my face.
"M/n your nose again"
"Oh right"
I pulled out the bottle from my packet and took a pill.
"How many are left?"
"I don't know but I can just find more later"
"What's wrong with him?"
Shibuki asked and we just stared at her.
"It's none of your business"
"Karube you could've said it nicer"
"No first she looked down on him and is probably thinking of using him as bait in the next game"
"No that's not what I was thinking"
"Even so you still look down on him"
