The accident

Aizel's Pov
"Give me the child.." i said as i looked into the distance of the park. I slowly started to walk a little. "For my will as strong as yours..and my kingdom as great.." i stopped and tried remembering the last line. "I can never remember that line.." i groaned out of frustration.I pulled out the book I've been reading over and over again to read the one line I keep forgetting,but,that's no help at all because no matter how many times i read it, I will always forget it,but i need to learn it as it's one line I cannot forget! "You have no power over me!" I say proudly I then notice Jessica playing with her dog. Her dog was adorable. He is a Jack Russell mixed with a toy poodle. So technically, you can just call his breed a jackapoo. I was lost in thought.

Jessica's Pov
Aizel has been reading the same book for a while now. He is practising for a play that he is going to be doing. He knows the book off by heart - well, almost. He can't remember one dumb line. "You have no power over me." How can he not remember one line! I was playing with my dog Jack as he was practising. I walked over to him. "Aizel, how can't you remember it? It's one stupid line!!" He muttered something under his breath. He replied back "i know, it's just hard to remember." i smiled. "Okayy if you say so!" I playfully said while smirking. I heard a "hoot" noise, and i turned my head to see an owl. "Awww!" I walked over to the owl. "Awwh, you're a pretty little thing, aren't you?" I smiled. I've always loved animals. Well, except spiders, i have a fear of them! I looked into the barn owl's eyes. They were so pretty! "You have such cute eyes, mister owl," i smiled. "Hmm, can i stroke owl's..oh well!" I slowly stroked the owls head gently to not scare it. "See, you're alright, little guy!" I smiled. The clock dinged 7 o'clock. I turned around and yelled, "OH SHIT!" Aizel, We have to go home. My mum's gonna kill me!! We both started running.

Aizel's Pov
"You're always late to everything!!" I yelled as we ran. She replied "well be glad, you're staying over today. Stop moaning!" I laughed at her response. "Come on, Jack!" I had his lead as we ran. It started pouring it down, so by the time we got to Jessica's house, we were soaked. We were greeted by Jessica's mother. She told us to come inside. She was saying about how, "Jessica, you have a friend over, and he must be soaked now!" She said they were going out soon and to take care of Toby. There was food in the fridge if we were hungry. " Jessica hugged her parents, and they passed her Toby as they left. I then sat on the couch and continued reading my book.

Jessica's Pov
"Toby, you are just so cute!" I smiled as i held him in my arms. "Hmm, i think we should go and annoy Aizel, what do you think?" I said in a baby voice. I hopped on the couch and placed Toby next to me. "Aizel, guess what?" he replied "what" i smirked and said "hi" This went on for 5 minutes until Toby started crying. "Shh, hey, it's okay," i whispered. "So what you reading then?" I smirked. "Labyrinth," he said in a frustrated voice. "Oh yes, the goblin king is gonna take me away, ain't he," I laughed. "Come on, let's put Toby to bed." I dragged Aizel up the stairs and into my parents' room. I kept annoying Aizel while rocking Toby until he fell asleep. I gently placed Toby in the cot. "Aizellll, guess what?"

Aizel's Pov
"What!" I snapped. "No need to get all mad!" She laughed. "Jess, stop it!" I said while looking at her. She continued to annoy me, so i thought, "Do you want to hear a story?" She replied,"Sure, I'd love that!" I smirked and started to explain as i sat on the bed. "Once upon time, there was a beautiful young boy whose best friend always annoyed him." "The best friend was a spoiled child, and she wanted everything for herself, and the young boy was practically a slave." I slowly stood up. "But what no one knew was the goblin king had given the boy special powers" i walked to the mirror. "So one night when the girl has been practically cruel to him, he called on the goblins for help." I smirked at myself in the mirror. "Say you're right words the goblins said, and we'll take the girl to the goblin city where you'll be free," i smiled. "But the boy knew that the goblin king would keep her in the castle forever and ever and turn her into a GOBLIN!" I started to turn around slowly to face Jessica. "So the boy suffered in silence, until one day when he was tired from the teasing and he was hurt." I saw Jessica get upset over it. "Alright, alright, knock it off!" Toby woke up and started crying. "I'll say the words!" I said while looking at Toby, who is now in Jessica'a arms. "No, i mustn't- i musnst say.." i hesitated. "I wish....I wish.." i paused."Goblin King, Goblin King, take this best friend of mine and her brother far away from me! "

Jessica's Pov
The lightning started getting worse, which didn't help Toby at all. I had a tear rolling down my face at his harsh words. "Oh Jessica, stop it!" He snapped. I must have pushed him too far, I thought. "I wish..." he said while looking at me and Toby. Toby started crying harder. "Shh, it's okay," i whispered. "Ugh, i wish i did know the words so the goblins would take you away he said while groaning, he made his way to the door but stopped. "I wish the goblins would come take you both away." He turned the lights off. "Right now," He stormed off. I sighed and was trying to comfort Toby. "Hey, I'll give you one of my teddies, dont worry. " I kissed his forehead. The lightning soon got worse. I tried soothing, Toby. I heard giggling, but it wasn't from Toby. I looked around and couldn't seem to find where the noise was coming from.
