Dohwa set the pen down, slowly leaning back on the wooden chair.

"Is this how you felt? Writing a letter that you knew would never be read?" He chuckled softly to himself, reminiscing on his past with you.

He looked back down at your belongings on the desk—the pen, the notebook, and even the keychain. It was strange to him—knowing that this was once a lively room. Now, it lay as an empty reminder of who used to reside there, gone and lifeless.

Dohwa felt something sting his heart, an emotion so potent that he struggled to figure it out.

Was it nostalgia, or perhaps it was longing? He couldn't care less in the moment.

"You lied," he said finally, his voice barely above a whisper. "You made me sad."

The silent room was only disturbed by the gentle patter of tears meeting paper.
