Aftermath II: For Gwen and Forgive

~Cody's POV~

 We're filming the second Aftermath episode. Noah and I don't really need to do anything, we mostly sit in the back of the Peanut Gallery and watch the goings-on. Sometimes Noah leans over and whispers his reactions to the stuff going on, I laugh but I never know what to say.

Geoff becomes an absolute beast this episode, he keeps trying to hurt Gwen and Trent. JUST FOR VIEWS!! I can't believe it.

When the filming is over I head to the green room, passing Trent, Katie, and Sadie in the hallway. When I walk in to the room, Gwen's head is in her arms.

"Gwen, are you ok?" I ask

"Oh Cody. I'm really not up for you to hit on me right now." Gwen says and she sounds very defeated

"Well, good thing I'm not here to do that. I wanted to return your bra." I say, holding it out

"Oh, thanks." she says, taking the bra

"Are you really ok? What happened?" I ask, Gwen and I became friends at the end of the last season and I want to keep that up.

"Trent so over me. And I don't want him to be. I know I broke up with him but it felt like he got so anxious over me. He clearly felt like shit, now he's with Katie and Sade." she says

"Ohh, Gwen."  I say, giving her a hug "You should totally try to get back together with Trent, last Aftermath episode he was totally all over you. He felt so bad for making you feel like shit."

"Really?" Gwen says

"Yeah! Of course." I say

"Thanks Cody."

"Yeah!" I say "Anything."

"Cody, do you have any romantic things going on. I need a distraction from my Trent problems." she says

"Well..." I say and blush "I'm kind of crushing on Noah right now."

"Oooooh." Gwen says, sitting up

"Yeah, but he definitely doesn't like me back." I say

"I'm not so sure about that." I say

"Really?"

"I mean, we're sharing a room and it only has one bed."  I pause, as Gwen gasps and claps "And he keeps cuddling me while we're sleeping"

"Oh, he totally likes you!!" Gwen says

"Suree." I say, and look at the clock. "Crap, I got to go. Also, I'm sorry for last season. I promise, I don't have any romantic feelings for you, anymore."

"It's ok." she assures "Now go."

 I walk out the door and bump into Noah

~Noah's POV~

I was looking for Cody and decided to check the green room. As I was walking down the hall and I heard him talking to Gwen. And specifically say "I'm sorry for last season. I promise, I don't have any romantic feelings for you, anymore."

Then he walked out the door and we ran into each other. As we walk back to our room I think about what he was saying to Gwen. He doesn't have a crush on her anymore. I think about earlier and how I kept cutting him off, maybe he was trying to tell me he didn't like Gwen anymore?

"So, what all did you hear from Gwen and I's conversation?" Cody asks, breaking the silence

"HUh, ohh. Just that you don't have a crush on Gwen anymore."

"Yeah. I kept trying to tell you!" he jokes, elbowing me. Our hands brush by each other and our fingers interlock. I blush, but I don't disconnect our hands and neither does Cody.

We get to our room and Cody opens the door, I finally un-interlock our hands and step inside.

A few hours later, I'm propped up against the headboard of our bed and reading a book. I'm waiting for Cody to get ready for the part Izzy's throwing

"What do you think?" Cody says, sliding into view. He's holding up finger guns and wearing this ridiculous get-up. It's a pink tank-top and some short shorts. (Will Byers style).

"I think you should change." I say, staring at him

"What, you don't like it" he says, spinning in place. 

"Please don't. Why did you even bring that?" I say, covering my eyes.

"Oh, come on." he says, walking over to me. He puts his hands on the bed and crawls over on me. "Are you sure you don't like it?"

"Uhh." I say and my face turns the color of a tomato. Cody realizes what he was doing and draws back. His face is pink.

"You should probably change into what you normally wear." I say

"Yeah, yeah." Cody says and heads back to the bathroom

[728 words] I thought this would be a shorter chapter but it's actually pretty decent. I hope you liked, I really do and it was so much fun to write! Look forward to a Truth or Dare chapter which I'll probably post in a couple hours (who knows)
