After seeing the new costumes (Star Dreamers) during the City of Wizards Update, I have been thinking about making a star dreamer costume for Cherry Cola Cookie base off the constellations and zodiac signs of each. For me, I choose Aquarius on this one. I gave her this beautiful greek mythology dress that was inspired by Megara's outfit from Disney Hercules and I also add her some pearls and a tiara to make her as a queen goddess of the sea. Those fins she has on her dress resembles as mermaid tails. I even add some glowing effects which brings more detail just like the Star Dreamer costumes.
