the next day the team had a game and i was obviously going to support
i was getting ready with mikky since sira was sick and couldn't be there with us
"who's jersey are you going to wear today?" mikky said teasing me
"i might just wear the barca jersey with my name on the back"
"ok spill" mikky said suspecting something
"well you know how pedri likes me?"

"i said i wanted to go on a proper date with him and he basically declined, but hes acting like he didn't and is acting normal, which i'm kind of happy about"

"FINALLY" she said shouting about how pedri owned up to his feelings
i just laughed at her as i finished curling my hair
as we were on our way to the stadium i realized i never asked mikky how her and frenkie we're doing
"oh i forgot to ask, how are you and frenkie?"
"well....bella i have something to tell you" she said using bella instead of isa because isabella was my full name
"ok tell" i said smiling
"i'm pregnant" she said as she smiled waiting for me to respond as i sat there shocked
"WHAT OMG WHAT MIKKY" i said screaming almost crashing the car

once we got to the stadium i jumped out of the car and gave her the biggest hug ever
once we passed by the locker rooms i gave her one last hug before we almost got to our seats
the game was tense and stressful
then finally dembele scored for barca!
once the game was over (they won 3-0, pedri scoring the winning goal) i ran to the locker rooms just as pedri came out
i ran to him and jumped into his arms hugging him
to be completely honest i thought he would reject the hug or even push me off of him but no, he swung me around
as soon as he put me down he starting speaking
"isa....would you still be willing to let me take you out for dinner sometime?
"yes of course!" i said smiling at him
he smiled back, walking off but not before saying he would text me the place, time, and day
he texted me later saying we would be going to this fancy ass restaurant, and he said we would be going the next day?!
i decided i would take a self care day to myself to prepare for the date
the next morning i woke up bright and early to get everything done
first i started off with a run, after i did a workout, then i took an everything shower, after i did a face mask, then i watched a few movies, then hours later i started getting ready

once i was finished getting ready i got an uber to the fancy restaurant pedri had chose
i got to the table he reserved for us and waited
then i waited some more....then some more
i was getting nervous because he was 30 minutes late at this point
i texted him and didn't get a response
soon the waitress saw me sitting there alone looking at the time on my phone every five minutes, and came over
she gave me a glass of wine on the house as i thanked her
i decided i would wait 10 more minutes and if he didn't show up, i would leave
the ten minutes past and still, he hadn't shown up
i got up and walked out of the restaurant pissed
sure i was the one who wanted to go on the date in the first place but he led me to believe that he wouldn't stand me up like this
i got an uber back home, got changed, brushed my teeth, didn't even bother to do my skincare, and fell into my bed
i was so upset
i still hadn't gotten any messages from him which made me sad and angry
just then did an idea pop into my head which made me sit up in bed
the whole team had an award ceremony they had to go to and i was being forced to come
i didn't want to at first but now i wanted to.
to show up in a stunning dress and show pedri what he was missing because i'm petty
i got on my phone and texted alejandro if we could go to the award ceremony together and he said we could
i decided i would go shopping for a dress the next day
