𝐎𝐌𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓
One fateful night, beneath the moonlit sky, Isis found herself drawn to the shimmering waves of Lake Ontario. She sat down, criss-crossed applesauce, listening to the waves, breathing the fresh air, the wind gently blowing on her light melanated skin. A lot had been on her mind the past couple of days. Her mom passed away, she had to uproot her life and move to New York with her dad. She had mixed feelings about the move
Isis routinely went to the lake to take in the scenery as a way to stay connected to nature and as a way to stay close to her mom. "I miss you, Mom," she mumbled as she held onto her medallion. She took a deep breath, she disrobed, took off her medallion, and jumped into the lake. Her legs transformed into a colorful mermaid tail, her skin into an admiral blue color, and her hair a midnight black. She swam around the lake humming a lullaby that her mother sang to her as a child. Suddenly, she heard laughing coming from a nearby couple. She panicked, fearing the couple would see her in her mermaid form. She sank into the water, watching the couple from a distance.
"You are too goofy, Justin," A young lady giggled. "Why are we out here though?"
"I told you I wanted to take you somewhere special" Justin replied and showed off his charming smile.
"How is this special?" The young lady giggled.
"This view reminds me of you. Beautiful as shit".
"Awe Justin" She pulled him in for a kiss. Isis continued to watch the two out of curiosity for what was about to happen. "Jay?" The young lady said against his lips.
"Wassup mamas" He pulled away from the kiss.
"I'm ready," She said with a smile.
"Ready for what?" He asked although he knew what she was referring to. He just wanted to make sure his thoughts were correct.
"You know...Sex" She clarified.
"You wanna do it here? Like now?".
"I guess you could say that."
"Well okay then" He continued to kiss all over her until he got to her neck. That's when he stopped. The sound of her heartbeat antagonized him and called out to him. The scent of her blood made him hungry
"Is there something wrong?" The girl asked.
He let out a sigh "Look, Kelsey. I like you. I do, But, I'm sorry for what I'm about to do to you"
"Justin, what are you talking about?" She asked. He started to suck on her neck, then buried his fangs into her skin. An agonizing scream cut into the serene atmosphere. Isis flinched at the loud shriek the female let out. She quickly swam around the bottom of the lake, still hoping to not be seen. Silently praying to God.
