Katsuki's life was different.

He was pushed to be the best. The best in everything. His mom wanted straight A's, play all instruments, his father wanted him in any and all sports he was willing to do. They wanted their son to be the best. And that is difficult. Infuriating in some cases. He just wanted to be normal. Not pushed to ace everything and succeed in everything.

His stress came out in anger and rage, but would silence himself around his parents. He needed to be strong all the time. He couldn't let his emotions slip because then he wouldn't be the best.

"Katsuki Bakugo! You fumbled that football so many times this game! You were pathetic out there!"

"Don't forget about your violin lessons! If I catch you on those drums again I'm gonna kick your ass!"

"Brat! Is that a A minus I see on your math test? You're not gonna succeed in life if you start falling behind! Pathetic!"

"Stop your whining! Don't apologize! You need to be strong! Hard headed or your going to get no where! No one likes a pouter! Don't be pathetic!"

This was Katsuki Bakugo's life at home. Constantly being yelled at for any mistakes he makes. Literally any.

Middle school was hell, he can't imagine what high school is going to be like.

He hated it. He hated that nothing was never good enough for them. Never pleased them. He never gets a 'good job' or 'you're doing great'. It was always something he need to approve on.

One day it was a really bad morning for Katsuki. His parents screaming at him again, for all the mistakes he made over the past few days. He just sat there in took it.

He took his anger and frustrations out on everyone around him.

Even his friends who some how are still around. They knew how tough his parents were on him, at least that's what they think.

Katsuki hasn't given much detail other than they are so fucking pushy.

He walked down the hall, hands clenched tightly in his pockets as he saw the small green haired boy he used to be so close with as children. Out of anger he shoved Deku into a locker, making him drop everything in his hands.

"Fucking Deku! Watch where you are going!" His voice loud and aggressive, making many heads turn.

"Sorry...K-Kacchan..." Izuku mumbled anxiously not looking up from the floor where is stuff was sprawled.

This is what his parents didn't want for him. He didn't want their son to be weak, worthless. Someone that could be pushed around. A nobody.

Pathetic.

The word that constantly rang in his ears.

"Tch, don't fucking call me that, fucking shitty nerd as always." The blonde growled before looking down at the forest green journal that sat at his feet.

"What do we have here?" Katsuki bend down, grabbing the journal before Izuku could crawl towards it.

"T-that's...please, j-just give it back..." The greenette stuttered, scared to see what the blonde was going to do.

He picked up the journal skimming through the words. They looked like lyrics. Probably some emotional bullshit that will never see the light of day.
