Williams estate One week later Victoria
Victoria was woken by the maids Liza and her sister Summer, who had entered her room to draw the curtains and open the windows to let the morning light in. Startled by the sudden intrusion, Victoria quickly sat up in bed, rubbing her eyes to make sure she was awake.
She watched the maids set a few things down in the bathroom before returning. "Uhh, good morning," she said. It was a strange experience for Victoria to wake up with company, and the unfamiliar activity surprised her. "Good morning," they both replied as they stood there staring at her.
She nervously ran her fingers through her hair, trying to make it look as presentable as possible. She cleared her throat and asked in a timid voice, "Can I help you with something?"
"We are here to help you prepare for the morning," Liza answered. Victoria was taken aback. She had never had anyone help her get ready before, especially in the morning. "But why? I can do it myself," she said hesitantly.
"We know that, but Mr. DuPont has ordered us to take care of your every need until he returns, and since your his m-
"Why don't you go and get the bath ready, Liza." Summer interrupted her sister, giving her a look that caused her to move towards the bathroom.
