The Puppeteer

Part 2 (Toast's POV)

I look at the cameras, looking at each one for anything out of the ordinary. Sykkuno walks out of Admin. Myth walks in the hall connecting to Navigation. No movement. I look at my task list. I gotta do wires in Electrical for my last task. I walk out of Security, noting that Myth was in Reactor. They probably vented.

After a short walk to Electrical I am about to walk inside when I see Sykkuno standing their, not doing anything. They looked like they were shaking.

"Sykkuno?" I say out loud. I glance down and saw he had a gun, specifically a pistol. How the hell did they get a pistol?!

I look back up and I take a mental note that they did not have their mask on. Definitely not a joke.

After a few minutes of just them being silent and me contemplating on what to do, I hear someone walk in.

"Hey guys- wait what the-" I turn and see Corpse looking back and forth, looking confused.

"He's been standing like that for a few minutes now." I say. "Oh... what's going on?" They ask. I shrug.

Just then, Fuslie comes in. "What the-" Fuslie says, obviously as confused as him and Corpse. Its silence for a moment and just loud enough to hear barely was Sykkuno saying "Not.. in control." Me, Fuslie, and Corpse turn to him.

"The Puppeteer is going to get you all. This is not your friend." We hear Sykkuno say in a different voice than his own.

"Puppeteer?" Corpse says in a confused voice. "Be right back." I say, running to Security to search it up. I run back.

"A Puppeteer can control someone by becoming a black figure and then touching the target. Then, they can control them for a period of time." I say. "Oh.." Corpse says.

"I'll let Sykkuno go after one thing." Sykkuno, or the person controlling Sykkuno, points the pistol to his other hand and shoots. The controlling seems to stop immediately after, and Sykkuno cries out, holding his injured hand.

"It seems like we have a Puppeteer among us."
