i sat in my 3 period class waiting for the bell to ring , i listened to " 550 benz by kai bandz " in my airpods as i laid my head on my desk
just then i heard the bell ring so i lifted my head up , grabbed my backpack and left out the classroom.
i seen my cousin destiny so i walked over to her.
" heyy dest " i said as i gave her a hug
" heyy kay " she said saying a family nickname
" you ready to go ?" i asked her
" hell yeah , i love being a senior i only got 3 classes everyday and i can leave whenever i want " she said as we exited out the school doors

" right i'm too juiced , not to mention we graduatingggg " i said letting out a laugh
" ian go lie imma lil scared to grow up " destiny said as we got in my car

" like after this year it's college and then after that it's the real world " she said putting her seatbelt on

i pulled into the long driveway before putting my car in park
destiny got out pulling her keys out her backpack as she walked up to the front door
she unlocked the door before we stepped inside the house
