The Seven, and others, react to the Barbie Movie!
Percy: Yeah, I liked it. Annabeth was telling about women's rights movements and stuff, I think it helps bring light to those problems.
*a pause* I'M JUST KEN, ANYWHERE ELSE I'D BE A TEN-Annabeth: It was amazing. I never played with Barbies much, but I loved how it showed the problems women face, and how men too can feel like they aren't enough. And the architecture of Barbieland was so detailed!!!
Piper: I loved it, the messages were so important! Girls have gone through so much, and we deserve to have it noticed!
Jason: Yeah, I liked it, the soundtrack was really good too. *Sings I'm Just Ken with Percy*
Leo: I felt bad for Ken. He felt like people didn't notice him and he tried so hard. But I CAN FEEL THE KENERGY, YOU ARE KENOUGHHHH. MOJO DOJO CASA HOUSEEE!!!
Hazel: I cried. I felt like many people think girls are overreacting about their problems, and it's not true! When I was younger, I witnessed so much more inequality.
Frank: I didn't realize they had it that bad... *looks down* they're so much more powerful than they know.
Sally: I was also in tears at the end. It was so moving!
Reyna: Mhm. It brought attention to problems of both genders.
Clarrisse: Meh. I never liked Barbie! *secretly cried during the movie*
