For what being friends with that group of girls was worth, it ended up worse then she thought when she just met them.
When she met them, she started to wear makeup
She thought that the girls were pretty, popular
And she didn't want to get hate so, she conformed to their standards.
She didn't know that they would help but her in the bad place she ended up in
The months it took to get her mentality and confidence back
No, they didn't bully her but every guy liked them before her
Compared all of the girls
And they all backstabbed each other.
One kissed the other's boyfriend.
One was in love with another's ex.
One played with both of those boys.
One lied to all of the other's faces to seem more attractive.
In the end the girl in love got hurt the most, being the newest to the group
Last one all the guys tried to run through
Getting looked at as an item after that
But she was sick
Not physically, but of all the mental weight
Being worried about everything
all
the
time.
Worried not to say too much or else the other girls would become snakes
Not to come off as too desperate
And not to come off to the public eye as them
But one day she realized to be friends with them, she did not have to be them.
One day she realized that she can be friends with them from a distance.
One day the compliment that made her smile the most was
"But you don't act like them, you are not like them."
