Today was Ness birthday however-

Y/N woke up alone in her bed, she got already used to this because of this soccer dream of her boyfriend and stuff. She looked at the other side of bed where Ness would usually sleep if he woudnt had his practice today, and thats where she saw a note from him

"Good Morning my dear

I had to go to my practice as usual and I'll be late so dont worry about me much Remember to take care of yourself honey ♡ Have a good day I Love you so much!

(Also If something would happen call me I'll try to have my phone with me)"

So you're working hard even on your birthday...
She said slowly getting up because she didnt want to get uncoscious because of her iron deficiency problem.

She went to the kitchen and she saw glass of water along with her medine on the table, she smiled even trough she hated her health problems but it was cute seeing Ness caring about her that much

Thats why on his Birthday she wanted to do even the smallest thing that would show she's gratefull that he's there for her

After some time she was ready to prepare her present for her dear boyfriend, she messaged her friend Lisa, who happened to be Ness friend Kaiser's girlfriend that she want to go shopping and if she would like to company her. While waiting for her response she got message from Ness

Yeah just an hour
ago I think

Took your meds?

Just then Lisa came to her house, Y/N then walked to her door and oppened it to her friend

"Hi Y/N! How are you feeling?" She asked with her usual cheerfull voice

"If I felt bad I woudnt call you" Y/N answered as she said ironicly

"Yeah Yeah I know, and now shall we?" Lisa asked and Y/N nodded and both of girsl were soon in Lisa's car

After a small chat both girls made it to shopping mall. They spend there a lot of time bacause Lisa really can't hold herself back as she sees something that looks cool. After that she drove her friend back to her and Ness house and before she even said goodbye Lisa handled her small bag that was packed as a present

"It's a gift for Ness and kinda for you too from both me and Kaiser" she smiled giving her the bag

"Why didnt Kaiser gave it to Him then? After all they have training today" Y/N asked curious

"Yeah I told him to but you know what type of person he is" Lisa said turning away as she slightly smiled

"Ahh.... But you could at least come overz we should at least spend some time together then" Y/N continued

"Personaly I think today you two should spend this day together, but I'll ask Kaiser If he want's to come hangout with you two" Lisa smiled again as Y/N left her car, she then waved her goodbyes and Lisa shouted one more time "Have fun okay?"

Y/N nodded and walked back to her house, now she only needed to pack her gift in something better, make some food for dinner she planned and wait for Ness to come back of course
