Chapter 32

I have been working my ass off since morning...
My companies are already back to normal, I sold a lot of products today and also collaborate with new buyers and sellers.

I looked around my room and nobody was there, looking at the time on my open laptop ( 8 :26) .
I have been sitting on this bed .. for I don't know how long .

My kids didn't come in and neither did Laura or anybody.
I remember telling my mom , I'll get back to her .... 5 hours ago .

I stood up from the bed , entering the closet to change...
When I was done with myself, I walked out of my bedroom , heading downstairs.

Everyone in the house were facing the television watching some action movie.

I saw my kids on the floor playing... while grandma and everybody were on the couch .
I went to the kitchen and came back out with juice on my hand.

I went to mum and pecked her hair from behind... She looked back at me and stood up .

" Christian!!! ... Come and eat , I've been waiting " she said side hugging me while leading me towards the dining area ... Setting all kind of food in front of me . 

She serves me and also watched me eat ... I smiled at her , because she still has the image of me, when I was young in her brain.
That's why she's smiling at me  ... It's because she wants me to eat lot of food and fruits.

After the whining and arguing between me and my mom .
I sat down on the couch, sitting beside Laura and placed my hand on her thighs, she didn't say anything or even look at me .

I moved my hands a little to get her attention... But she's not even moving her  body  .

Laura stood up from the couch ,  calling the kids too .

" Kids let's go and tell everyone good night"
She said, walking away with the kids waving to us .

My kids are not saying anything to me too..
What's going on ??

I stood up from the couch walking away and Mia spoke.

" Christian... You just finished working, why don't you hang out with us a little" she drank out of her bottle water and mom turned to me , finding her idea interesting.

" Thanks, but I want to speak with my wife "
I replied walking up again and mom spoke.

" Can't Laura wait... Just join us here , she  wasn't even worried about you and this is you?? wanting to see that woman.... Come here and sit " mom Instructed... Hitting the couch beside her .

" Mom.. let me just-- "

" Come back Christian" I walked over to her and sat beside her .. facing the screen.

I just want to apologise to Laura... After shouting at her , I felt bad ... I really wanted to apologise but my work was to much.
And when she came back to the bedroom... She brought some sandwiches.

But I couldn't even look at her because I was busy with an elderly man... Who wants me to sell his house.
I told the man I don't sell houses but he won't listen.

I was told that he was  from Japan and he's looking for someone to sell his family house.
Talking to him wasn't easy...but we pulled it off .

Hannah crawled to me and slept in my arms... She's just so cute .

After few minutes, I stood up and use Hannah as an excuse to leave the sitting room.

I walked to Kate room and I could hear shouting and laughing in the room.
knocking on Kate bedroom door but no  response .
