The two met when he was signing autographs in Miami Beach, Florida, in March 1999. Kesia said she didn't know his music at the time, but she asked him for his autograph anyway.
Kesia dated Eminem for 16 months.
The couple's romance fell apart in 2000 after Eminem's former bodyguard, Byron Williams wrote a book about Marshall.
His mentions of Alvarez apparently upset Eminem's then wife, Kim, whom he'd married shortly after meeting Alvarez.
"By this time, I'd had enough. Marshall was a big star and it had changed him. He'd become rude and arrogant," said Alvarez in an interview.
I personally couldn't disagree more because from what I've witnessed, Marshall is the complete opposite of rude and arrogant.
