Artemis, the Smart AI, her form pulsing with curiosity, queried, "What knowledge do you possess? Can you help us defeat the Flood?"
Epitaph's holographic form shifted, revealing encrypted data. "I possess information on a weapon of great power-the knowledge to activate it lies within another installation known as Mendicant Bias."
Chapter Twenty-Five: Mendicant Bias
The council, guided by Epitaph's knowledge, embarked on a new quest. Their destination was the installation of Mendicant Bias, a powerful Forerunner AI that had once fallen to the grasp of the Flood.

Noble Seven, her gaze locked on the installation, spoke with determination. "If there's a way to defeat the Flood, it lies within."
Thel 'Vadam, the Arbiter, his mandibles clacking with resolve, added, "We'll confront Mendicant Bias, and we'll make it an ally in our battle."
Artemis, the Smart AI, projected her holographic form with newfound hope. "The echoes of Halcyon have led us here. Together, we'll uncover the knowledge to save the galaxy."
And so, the council of unity stood before the imprisoned Mendicant Bias, ready to confront an ancient adversary and unearth the means to halt the Flood's advance. Their journey continued, guided by echoes of destiny and the relentless spirit of unity that bound them together.
