After Izuku was declared quirkless which he didn't care about that he started doing things his own way. After seeing that he was well known with companies he started doing that which caught Hisashi as he seen Izuku doing what he does when he was young. He went in ahead and helped Izuku out and starting companies as Izuku started to becket well known as Izuku started having companies overseas as Inko didn't know as she didn't care until it was to late.
