Log 1

Well it's time. We're going to Brendam. We're getting the engines all set up and they're saying their goodbyes as we don't know if we're all going to come back. Edward, Murdoch and Toby are at the far back of the goods shed and we've put some trucks in front of them to keep them hidden. Stephen just told me Gordon's fire is ready so we're going to head off. I haven't prayed so much in my life.

Log 2

We've been traveling down the branch for awhile now and it's silent. We've stopped at each station to check for survivors but nothing. The only real thing of notice was Trevor, but Stepney and Duck had gotten to him first. Just like the others he had been gutted not signal ounce of life remained in the traction engine.

Log 3

We stopped at Upper Brendam to see the docks, just as Diesel described, completely gated off. Stephen raised his hand out the cab ready to give the signal to charge. Once his hand lowered I threw Gordon's regulator hard on and the cavalcade raced forwards smashing through the gates. Several armed men opened fire but that didn't stop us. It soon became an all out war. The soldiers and other survivors jumped from the coaches and opened fire. As we fought we saw BoCo and Salty sitting in the goods shed and next to them were the hollowed out corpses of Bear, Derek and D261. Molly dashed forward to save BoCo but she soon found herself being pushed back. Just then the engine pushing her blew his whistle and there we saw Stepney sitting idly in front of us followed shortly by Duck. The fighting ceased and we all stared at the terroir and pannier.

Stepney laughed saying how it was good to see us and that he had been expecting us

Stepney laughed saying how it was good to see us and that he had been expecting us. Apparently he knew we were at Wellsworth the whole time, but wanted us to come to them. It was the perfect trap. He then dashed forward and bashed into Molly. Duck ran forward rammed into us. Of course he wasn't too much of a problem as we had a A3 and a Q1 on our side. Gordon yelled at Duck asking why he would do this to his family and Duck didn't say anything. We quickly shoved him off and he reversed out of sight. It was then when we heard screaming. It was Molly! She somehow came off the rails and people were climbing all over her. Soldiers, survivors and Neville raced to her aid while we charged at Stepney. It didn't make any sense the small terroir was putting up a fight against Gordon, a goddamn Gresley A3! Just then we felt a jerk and that's when we noticed Crankey had latched his hook onto Stepney. Gordon pushed with all his might and Neville ran through the crowd running over anyone in his path. We then noticed men begin cutting at Crankey's base. The sounds of creaks and groans emanated from his frames. It was then when we heard the sound of a bell chiming in the distance, but it wasn't just a bell, horns and a whistle were heard. There racing into the docks were Toby, Diesel 10, Diesel and Duck of all engines. They charged into the back of us and sent Stepney flying backwards. The force was too much for Crankey as he toppled over. Stepney didn't get a chance to scream as he was crushed by the crane. The docks soon fell silent. Stepney's remains had lit a blaze and slowly the survivors and soldiers cheered. It was then when we finally saw who was driving Toby. It was none other than the Fat Controller! We're re-railing Molly now and thankfully she's alright. She got a few holes in her boiler, but Jem Cole said it would be fine for the time being until we got to Wellsworth. She also has a massive scar along her eye just like Neville. I'll make sure to get everyone's story once we get to Wellsworth.
