Chapter 21

Hey TaaReyians... Here's the new chapter.

Midnight at Taani's flat----

Taani was reminiscing the moment spent with Rey. The way he handled her... with so much care. The care she longed for, her whole life.... She was smiling like an idiot. It was now clear in her head, that she loves him. The butterflies fluttering in her stomach were for him.... The way she was feeling special was because of him.

Taani - I love u Rey....

She smiled at herself.

Here with Rey-----

Rey too was lost in his own world. How Taani was completely dependent on him. How she shared n opened up her feelings in front of him. But then he also remembered how she rejected him... Did that happen coz of the heat of the moment? He then also realises her words.

Rey's memory---

Taani - u were my frnd, n whatever happened the other night... it was a feeling... u wanted to ooze out... so relax n forget about it. Like I did.

Yes, he'd heard whatever she said to Dhruv.

Rey - was it all just to ooze out her emotions? Wo hurt thi... Gusse me thi... Kya ye sb bs isliye hua? Kya wo ye sb itni aasaani se bhool jaegi?

The night was long, but the thoughts of 2 love birds could occupy it.

Sharon - mrng bhai!!!!
Rey - chhoti... Gud mrng.
Sharon - aapki chai.
Rey - tune qq mehnat ki? Kaka ko bol deti.
Sharon - it's just chai Bhai. Chill...

Rey took a sip of his tea.

Rey - aj se bahot kaam krna h.
Sharon - hmmmmm.... actually ab kaam double hogya h.
Rey - mtlb?
Sharon - taani.
Rey - kya hua taani ko?
Sharon - kl uski Mom ne fr kuch issue kia... So she is still upset. Abi b disaster wale zone me h. Bahot bura lgta h use aise dekh kr... U know Bhai... Bachpan se Maine use aise sad dekha h... Dusre k saamne she smiles like nthng happened. Dusro ki happiness is everything for her. I wish koi way hota, jisse wo b thoda happy feel kr paati.

Rey thinks - mai b to yhi chahta hu chhoti. Bt wo kisi ko apne nazdik kaha aane deti h.

Sharon - bhai... Bhai...
Rey - huh.. ha.. bol?
Sharon - kaha kho gye aap?
Rey - nthng. Bs aisehi.
Sharon - I wish sb thik ho k back on track aajaye.
Rey - sb thik ho jaega.
Sharon - vaise aap ab tk ready nhi hue?
Rey - bs ready hi hone ja rha hu...
Sharon - thik h.. fr aadhe ghnte me niklte h.

At College---

Taani was super happy, coz she was gonna express her feelings to Rey. That she'll finally tell him how much she loves him.

Taani called Rey, but he didn't answer.

Taani - hmm.. call receive nhi kia... hmesha to 1st ring pe call receive kr leta h. Koi nhi.. busy hoga.

Here with Rey-----

Rey - kya kahunga taani se? kahi wo kuch galat way me na le le... mai uspe apni ideologies ya thinking nhi thop skta. Mere liye wo sb.... bahot special tha... bt agr us k liye aisa nhi h... to mai us pe koi bojh nhi dalunga. 

Taani again called him but he ignored.

Taani knew where he could be so she reached there, and again called him. He again ignored.

Taani - y u ignoring me?

Rey was shocked hearing her voice.

Rey turned and blurted out whatever came into his mind.

Rey - mai.. ignore... wo b tumhe... nhi to... aisa to kuch nhi h.
Taani - u suck at lying Rey!!!
Rey - lying... mai... aisa kuch nhi taani. wo AVP mam ne kuch kaam...

Taani received a call from Swayam during their conversation.

Taani - ha bhai?

Swayam asked her to reach the auditorium for the rehearsals.

Taani - aayi.

She disconnects the call.

Taani - mai nhi janti k tum mujhe qq ignore kr rhe ho... but I need to talk to u. So meet me at the FE by 4.

Rey simply nods.

Fab 5 and D3 discuss a few things for their Musical Drama and they all leave to get a break.

Fire Escape-----

Rey was already waiting for Taani, and Taani reached in a while.

They waited for a good 5 mins.

Taani - tum kuch bol nhi rhe?
Rey - wo... mujhe bs ye kehna tha... that it's fine.
Taani - fine?
Rey - Ha... mai samjhta hu. Kl jo b hua.. tum bahot pareshan thi... frustrated thi... hurt thi... aur jb itne saare emotions mind me rush hote h to kuch samjh nhi ata.

Taani looked at him with a question mark.

Rey - kl jo b hua... mai janta hu, bs heat of the moment k wajh se hua. Agr tum hurt nhi hoti.. to shayd wo sb kl nhi hota. 
Taani - to tum ye kehna chahte ho... agr mai hurt nhi hui hoti to wo kiss kbi nhi hua hota?
Rey - aur qq tum mere sath rehna chahogi? mujhe pta h.. humare beech kuch nhi ho skta. Qki tum mere liye kuch feel nhi krti... aur bina feelings k ye sb hona.. mtlb to yhi h na k tumhe bs apne emotions express krne the. Isliye tumhe guilty ya embarrass feel krne ki zrurt nhi h. 
Taani - tumhe pta h Rey... embarrass to mujhe ab feel ho rha h... k tum mere baare me itna ghatiya sochte h. Ye sochte ho... k apne emotions ooze out krne k liye.. mai tumhe use krungi. Kl tk mujhe lga tha... shayd... just forget it... I was right. U won't ever understand me.

Taani left the FE in anger.

Nandini - what is wrong with u??!! why can't u just listen to me for once??
Manik - coz I don't want to. As simple as that!!! 
Nandini - y r u like this to me? Aisa kya galat kia h maine??!!
Manik - u aren't wrong!!! galat to hmesha mai hota hu!!!

He turns saying this.

Nandini - don't turn ur back on me!!!
Manik - I should've done that ages ago!!!
Nandini - Manik... for the last time I'm asking u this... what's the reason? 
Manik - that I still u love u damn it!!!

He says holding her shoulders in tight grip. Nandini's eyes glisten with tears.

Nandini - u can't.
Manik - but I do.
Nandini - we can't be together Manik.... ye hum dono k liye sahi nhi h.
Manik - then just walk away from my bloody life!!!!
