That brother type senior angel name is Francis...he is one who brought up Alistair.

Francis: Francis is 2372 years old man who brought up Alistair like a own brother.Francis and Alistair lives together.Eventhough Francis is 2372 years he never ages....He is also an immortal. He never wears white.He is allergic to sugar and sweet substances. Francis is a 6.7 feet.he has light bluish eyes and has black brownish hair.
