"Y/n?" Teru walks in the area to look for the apparition friend, he watches them waking up from their sleep. "Oh, what's up."
It's like a normal day with a friend, he walks up to y/n, asks questions and gets curious, then proceeds to get in denial about certain feelings. Also lately he has been thinking a lot about y/n, even in classes.
Kou, his lovely little brother got worried and asked if he got hypnotized which teru almost replied with, "yeah an annoying one that did it." but he didn't. He sounds crazy if he ever says that..
He had been doing this with y/n, visiting, then onto the question then they got into a comfortable conversation with one another. But recently he has been noticing certain stuff about y/n, like how their eyes soften when they see the cats or when they get annoyed if he's annoying them.
It was until he saw how one of the cats that's usually on y/n's side or just their shoulder have been acting so strange. The cat would meow so loudly if y/n gets too comfortable with teru and even scratch their own master.
It would be normal for a normal cat but this is a spirit cat which is slightly different from the cats he usually sees. Not only that the cat is also the one who took his katana and hadn't even given it back to him.
Even if it did, it will come and snatch it away from Teru's hand without him even blinking.
"y/n are you alone right now?" The apparition gave him an eye like how they usually do. "..?" He knows what they're thinking. "No it's not like that.." he sighs, but was amused that their thought went there.
"Well, I've always been alone.. So I don't know what you're talking about." y/n shrugged, floating in mid air as they lay on air...? "I'm talking about your cats, especially the white one with the blue eyes."
"What's wrong with him?" ah so the cat is a male.. He wasn't able to pinpoint the gender of the cat this whole time and now he finally knows. Lucky i guess. But to y/n it was weird how teru is asking about him now, why of all time? "Is he around? I wanted to ask you about something privately."
"Isn't it weird for him to be like this?" y/n stared at the sky, it is weird. But for some reason you can't tell why it's not also. Something is different but you're already used to it. But why.
