"Y-yea." I stuttered, dropping my hand from my face.

I felt like I was going to cry when Dallas got up to sit next to me. As soon as he did, he went on.

"It doesn't look like it."

I knew that Dallas was going to be there until I told him what was happening, so I couldn't.

"I don't want to talk about it," I faltered.

Dallas then looked at me with puppy dog eyes, and I swear I was about to completely lose my shit.

"Well then," Dal rejoined, leaning back in the chair, glancing at the movie screen and then at me again.

Ponyboy was getting curious too, every time I looked at him, he was staring.

I then got up, quickly heading for the fence. As much as I regretted leaving Pony by himself, I couldn't take these emotions anymore. It felt like I was being strangled by the neck. I took out a cigarette from my pocket with my lighter, and began to flick my lighter until it lit. I crawled through the fence in an instant, carrying the cig in my mouth. Instead of completely abandoning the Nighty-Double, I sat against the fence, trying to calm my nerves with the cancer-stick. To my surprise, Ponyboy had come after me, telling Dal to stay behind until he knew I was alright.

"Hey man, what happened?" Pony queried, sitting down next to me, looking a little pale.

I blew out some smoke before answering him. "Could you promise not to tell anyone?"

"Yea, of course," he soothed.

"I think I like Dallas," I confessed.

Ponyboy raised his eyebrows, his eyes saying more than his mouth. "Really?"

I nodded, looking like I was about to break down. I didn't just think it, though. There was a moment of silence before Ponyboy continued.

"You never told me you liked guys," Pony stated, getting a bit more serious.

"I was scared of anyone finding out," I revealed, taking a drag from my cigarette, my eyes glistening in the moonlight.

Ponyboy just sat there, taking in this information. "You know it doesn't matter to me whether you like girls or guys, Y/N."

Flicking my cigarette, I looked at Pony.

"I've even started to recognize something between you and Dal, I wasn't sure about it though." Ponyboy analyzed.

"You think Dally does too?" I inquired.

"I mean, I don't know, maybe he does."

I looked around, releasing a sigh. "What would your brothers think..."

"I'm sure they wouldn't mind, yeah, it might be a little shock but it doesn't change who you are on the inside." Ponyboy concluded.

In that moment, I pushed my cigarette into the ground, standing up.

"Are you going back in there?" Pony asked.

"I don't know," I replied, putting my hands in my pockets. "I'm gonna wash up in the bathroom."

I started to hear footsteps thumping, I thought I was imagining it when I didn't see anyone. The thought erased from my mind when I heard Pony's voice.

"Sure," He smirked. "Want me to wait for ya'?"

I shook my head. "You can go back to the seats, I'll let you know."

Ponyboy nodded while we climbed through the fence and went seperate ways. I was walking up from along the backside of the bathroom when I turned the corner to see Dally. Then I started getting all nervous again.
