So when it's just the siblings with anyone who didn't know them before their real selves, they'll be referenced as Ayano, Iroha, Nikei, Teruya, and Sora.
Expect when their around people who knew them before who they are, their real names will be used.
The reason why is because it fun but also shows how they don't know who they really are and don't know who they use to be. It shows that they only know themselves as Dr.Otori's kids and not who they used to be
