World Setting, My OCs, Pairing List, & OCs wanted

So I've come up with a better story line for this story. I hope you guys like this story. For now here's the story info.........

Remnant: This version of Remnant has no Grimm but instead Dungeons which are now used to supply Magicite crystals which are a resource used to power majority of the tech of Remnant now. The Schnee Dungeon Company is one of the Largest Magicite companies in the world and actually owns all the Dungeons that reside in the country of Atlas.

Vale: The country of Vale is ruled by the upper class business men and Politicians who have little concern for the lower classes. The capital of Vale is Beacon City, A 3 level city where the Upper class reside on the top most level and the middle class reside on the second level while the very last level is the slums of the city. The city is named after the Beacon Industrial Company which owns 2/3 of all the Dungeons in Vale.

White Fang: The White Fang are a gang of Faunus only who operate out of the slums. They look after Faunus owned businesses and Faunus who are down on their luck. They're mostly neutral unless you anger them. They only exist in the Beacon City.

Technology Level: Remnant's tech level in this universe is quite advanced where virtual reality exists and people can easily replace severed limbs. There's several upgrades that people can pay to be added to their bodies such as the ability to see through walls or leap to roof tops or even increased strength.

Aura & Semblances: Aura and Semblances do NOT exist in this version of RWBY!

Dungeons: Dungeons are several Mysterious Structures which have existed since Humans and Faunus first walked Remnant. They have all been conquered long ago and now exist as a way to gather resources by companies like the Schnee Dungeon Company in Atlas and the Beacon Industrial Company in Vale. The Dungeons are inhabited by Monsters that are very dangerous and because of this gathering Magicite Crystals is a very dangerous job but is also a very low paying job as well as several companies barely pay the dungeon crawlers.

Magicite: Magicite is a Magic crystal formed in Dungeons from Mana the dungeon absorbs from monsters and the decomposing bodies of people who died in the dungeon. Magicite is used as a power source for basically everything though other forms of energy exist Magicite is the most common. Despite Mana existing in this world Humans and Faunus can NOT use Magic.

Upper, Middle, & Low Class: Upper class people are the rulers of the world so to speak. The do whatever they want with little care for what happens to the lower classes. They see the lower classes as nothing but expendable resources for them to spread their influence and power and gather more Lien. Middle Class are the majority of average work force. The Middle class can get easier jobs and afford to live comfortably, despite the Upper class not caring for the Middle class much they at least treat the Middle class better then the lower class as majority of the Middle class keep the Upper class's businesses running efficiently. The lower class is treated like garbage by both classes as they are seen as the lowest of the low. Low Class citizens get the worst jobs and live in the most dangerous parts of the city.

Faunus & Human Relations: Despite being at each other's throats for majority of the centuries of Remnant Humans and Faunus are now mostly at peace with each other. There are still those who discriminate and are racist towards them but they are not as common as they were 80 years ago.

Cyber Pyschosis: Cyber Pyschosis exists but effects people differently in this universe. Only 3 out 10 people will be affected by it and it depends on a person's Mental stability. You also won't know if you'll get Cyber Psychosis until it's to late. Also it is said there are some Factions on Remnant who have managed to overcome Cyber Psychosis but the method on how they did it is unknown.
