THE GROUP LAUGHED AROUND THE TABLE, talking about some bullshit from highschool. valentine scrolled through her instagram feed as she filled up her medium drink with pepsi. she zoomed in on sabrina's photo as the dots connected.
the caption was from ariana grandes song and showed sab with a guy kissing her. he was blonde and had a tattoo behind his ear that was too pixilated to read. finley was blonde and had a tattoo of a dog behind his ear. no way was finley making out with sabrina. finley wouldn't do that. finley told valentine he was going to see his grandma. he wouldn't lie about that. sabrina said she was seeing her friends from out of town. honestly, valentine knew sabrina would do that. if sabrina wants something, nothing gets in her way.
"yo, is this my fucking boyfriend?" valentine walked up to the table and asked as she stuck the photo into everyone's faces. everyone looked at eachother, seeing if they should tell the truth or lie. "give me the truth, please." she frowned as she sat down.
makaya sighed, she knew nobody else would answer and that's worse. "it looks like him."
valentine was sad for a moment, until it turned into anger. she took a deep breathe and moved on, she wasn't going to let that ruin her night.
