Chapter 7

(Y/n) POV

"Uhhhh. Things really arent looking good for us. kyojuro's death. The flame hashira had died. Upper moon 3 had killed him...upper moons. I can't fathom the day I would be able to slay one. The legendary battle that would take place between 2 such legendary indiduals..."

(Y/n) monologues as he slays 3 demons in 1 move, leaving 1 with no legs

Demon: No....please

(Y/n): What's the point of even begging? If you already know that you were gonna die when you saw me?

Demon: please, have mercy!

(Y/n): Mercy? Alright. I'll let you live

Demon: Really?

(Y/n): Yep...in one condition.

The demon looks at him with a confused look

(Y/n): Tell me, where does the  king of demons hide?

Demon:....I can't say

(Y/n): Oh I see. Because you know that he'll kill you?

Demon: No. I do not serve under him specifically...

(Y/n): ....Then

The demon is silent in thought. Until the demon raises its arm as (Y/n) readies his naginata. As the demon  suddenly shoves its fingers it its chest.

Demon: GRRRR!!!..

The demon's skin started to turn red as his eyes lit up in orange. The demon grit his teeth as veins started to bulge throughout it's body

Demon: GRRRRRRRR...RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

the demon then pulled out his fingers out of his chest as he looked towards the smoke hashira with burning rage in its eyes

Demon: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The demon then charged towards (Y/n) as The hashira's eyes widened, quickly dodging out of the way in a puff of smoke. The smoke hashira then looked on at the enraged demon as he stood there, hiding in the trees

(Y/n): well that's new...'it looks like he manually sped up his heart beats. That would in a way explai-

The demon suddenly turned around and looked at the trees, immediately spotting him as the demon bared it's teeth

(Y/n): 'Biscuits'

The demon immediately jumped  towards (Y/n) as he again dodged, disappearing in a puff of smoke but the demon looked up and saw the hashira

Demon: THERE'S NOOOO ESCAPE NOW!!!!!

(Y/n): That's supposed to be my line!

As the smoke hashira landed on a tree branch, then proceeding to land on the ground as dust rose from the impact. The demon then jumped down with such force the impact created a small sized crater on the ground. The smoke hashira then readied his naginata as he slowly lifted up his arm

(Y/n): ....Come and get it....

As he motioned for the demon to attack. The demon didn't waver as he started running at the smoke Pilar.

The demon threw a fist as the smoke hashira quickly side stepped barely dodging the attack as he held the naginata with both hands, swinging as the demon couldn't turn back in time to block the large cut that had been seered into his back as blood spilled out from the wound. The demon tried to retaliate but was met with a slash to his throat as blood erupted from the wound.

Demon: GRAAAAKHAA..!!!

The demon's throat slowly started to regenerate but Enenra shoved his Naginata blade up below the chin of the demon as the blade penetrated the demon's head from below as the  nichirin naginata bathed in the demon's blood.

(Y/n) then pulled the blade out of the demon's head as a thin white line passed through the demon's neck horizontally as Enera walked past the demon, as the demon's head suddenly fell off from it's body. Rolling on the ground as The smoke hashira took a glance from behind himself.

(Y/n):.....Last chance

Demon:.....ze...ro

As the demon's body started to fade away. Leaving dust in his place as the demon had passed away

(Y/n):....Zero..?
