17 years old. Russian mob boss. Currently feuding with Ryuji. He brought the mob to Japan so that he could extend his reach politically but was greeted with gunfire. If someone is shot at they are sure to shoot back if they have a gun and Fyodor has many guns. So he fights with Ryuji's clan, to his great dismay, until either he wins or he dies. While he feuds with the Kitagawa clan and is much stronger, he harbors feelings for a member on the other side. He wishes to stop the feud as quickly as possible so that he can get closer to her. No one beats the Russian mob.
