Chapter 2

My name is Molly and I'm 16 years old. I came from an neglect and manipulative household. My biological father was in and out of my life, always coming and going. He had anger issues and ADHD. When my biological father was around, he was always trying but sometimes his anger got in the way. Both of my biological parents were drug users. My biological mother was an manipulator who always reminded me of my past mistakes and tricked me into being scared of my father. She would neglect her responsibilities as an adult. She would force me to take care of my younger siblings and clean the house. She would mentally abuse me and make it seem as if it was just a joke. Growing up, I was a mama's girl, because in my mind, my mother was the one who stayed and cared. In reality the only reason she had stayed was because she had too. she couldn't just dropped me off anywhere, even though she has tried. I had been left with multiple friends of hers that did not like me, and had only cause more pain. But as a child, you don't notice these things because as you get older, you realize what is wrong and right.
