In this AU, Thirteen (whose personality here is more mischievous and chaotic than in canon) is a warlock who causes mass chaos and mayhem, with Twenty-Six as his more sane sidekick (though he sees Twenty-Six more as a friend than just a sidekick), and friends with the entity they made pacts with to acquire their magical abilities (with their part of the deal being friendship), Misfortune the Dark Elemental (who is a sassy girlboss!).
Villain!Thirteen's flavor of villainy is very similar to that of Octonaughty's, being a goofy, hammy, over-the-top villain. In addition, he is a "graceful loser" who is the sort of villain who casually has tea with the heroes who just foiled whatever scheme he came up with.
