So to explain this,
Firefly and Pepsi set up some random romantic restaurant game (yk like kids do) but had no one who wanted to play with them so they asked Molly and Safari, the two not wanting to upset the kiddos they excepted to play along but eventually since Pepsi and Firefly are children and can't cook or anything they found another solution, Mudpie (pie made of mud) but got upset when Safari didn't actually eat it SO instead Molly ate the dang pie just so the kids would be happy and obviously after the whole game Molly ended up with an upset stomach.
Basically, this is why Molly looks like she's about to hurl and Safari is comforting her as you can see.
