you lay on the mattress of your bed, your earphones plugged into your ears as you stared up at the ceiling. it was nearly midnight and yet even after a big event you weren't the slightest bit tired. this wasn't rare though, you normally had trouble falling asleep no matter how active you had been.

not that you minded, you quite enjoyed just laying there and listening to whatever songs you had added to your playlist. it was a comforting feeling, definitely not one you could explain if someone asked you to though.

your peace was quickly interrupted by a several notifications coming from your phone, causing you to become annoyed. you sighed before grabbing your phone from beside you, your brows furrowing as you stared at the screen.
