I know it's not a Reaction since it's now a year old but this is my midnights ranking + Thoughts on the song

1. Would've Could've Should've

"And If I was a child would it matter?" This song is really powerful lyrically and also musically the beginning is amazing. It gives me chills every time. I can tell you exactly where I was when I first hear this song, I just think it's amazing.

2. You're Losing Me

"Frontlines don't you ignore me, I'm the best things at this party" I can also tell you where I was when I first heard this song. I was sitting in the car with my mom after the last day of school, and I was trying to hard not to cry. For some reason when I first heard this song it felt like she was writing about me, and my mental health

3. Vigilante Shit

"Someone told his white collar crimes, to the FBI" This song is so badass. The beat, the bridge just everything! Also I know most people don't listen to the clean version, but at the end she goes "I'm on my vigilante shhhhhhhh againnnN" and that is so cool AH

4. You're on Your own Kid

"Take the moment in taste it, you've got no reason to be afraid" I think we can all agree how amazing and relatable this song is, AND THE BRIDGEEE! Also I love the progress during the Eras tour of having to have Aaron sing it with her, to putting it in the movie is beautiful.

5. The Great War

"That was the night I nearly lost you. I really thought I lost you" I love the 3AM tracks so much. The bridge in this song >>>> especially when she references lavender haze.

6. Hits Different

"Each bar plays our song" I like to joke about that line that she really hates debut- but anyways I'm so glad this song is on spotify, like it was WELL NEEDED :D

7. Snow at the Beach (More Lana)

"stars by the pocketful" I'm so glad Lana finally got to sing more in this song. Also the "Mhmhmmhhmm" IS JUST SO AHHHHH. Also this song is actually the reason I started to listen to her.

8. Karma

"Ask me what I've learned from all those tears" I love the part in this song after the bridge when it goes "karma is my boyfriend (karma is my boyfrienddddd)" And I don't know if that makes any sense but I LOVE THAT PART

9. Lavender Haze

"Is a one night or a wife" I think I really started to appreciate this song more when it got released as a single. And the music video is really cool (the love interest guy is soooooo fine). Bonus points because the KidzBop version is hilarious because they changed so much-

10. Maroon

"That's a real fucking legacy, to leave" LEGACY WHAT IS A LEGACY? Oh my god this song is crazy. I love singing the chorus like 10 times faster than it actually is- But also Lavender haze, Maroon, and Anti-hero are all connected in my brain and idk why but they are connected

11. Anti-Hero

"Like some kind of congressman" Like there's songs that are popular on tiktok- and then there's songs that are POPULAR ON TIKTOK. And at some point it's like woah there shouldn't we calm down? But neither the less (idk if thats a wording) this song is just so much fun to sing.

12. High Infidelity

"Do you really wanna know where I was april 29th" ok maybe it's partially because my show was on the 28th so I say that I was walking in a giant crowd of swifties on april 29th- but I just love the 3AM songssss

13. Bejeweled

"And by the way, I'm going out tonight" I love I think he knows so much and it gets mashed up in my brain with bejeweled, so if anyone knows of a mashup on youtube PLEASE SHAREEE

14. Dear Reader

"If you don't recognize yourself, that means you've done it right" This song being the last song just feels right- the ending is just like "goodnight".

15. Question...?

"With some dickhead guy" Honestly I think this song should be on the setlist. It's just has such a good beat and I want to see the choreography so baddd

16. Mastermind

"No one wanted to play with me as a little kid" That line makes me cry so often it's not even funny. I think I slept on this song and now I'm finally starting to realize how good it is

17. Midnight rain

"Jumping off things in the ocean" I like that line entirely because it reminds me of Bella Swan. This was my favorite song when midnights first came out, but I kinda got tired of it- and it got boring to me which is sad cause it's a good song :/

18. Karma (ft Ice Spice)

"Waving those pretty white flags" Unpopular opinion: Ignoring the fact that it sounds like it was made for the music video, The karma remix is actually pretty good.

19. Sweet nothing

"on the way home, I wrote a poem" idk- I love love songs sometimes but this just isn't one that i'm the biggest fan of. It feels like the bridge between folk-more and Midnights which is kinds weird

20. Bigger than the whole sky

"Every single this to come has turned into ashes" this song is sad- and it's one of those songs that I can feel the sadness in a way, but not in the way I do in most songs, which sorta stresses me out, because I wanna understand this song.

21. Labyrinth

"I'll be getting over you, my whole life" honestly i just don't know what to say.

22. Snow at the beach (original)

"Stars by the pocketful"
