Chapter 18|Stay happy until it's over..

Guess I haven't said it yet but it's past the half way point till the end of this book :( Deaths, murder, and so so much more will be frequent from now on 🥳🥳 (Btw there might be a book two 👀)

Shinobu POV

H-he never liked Nee-san?! I thought... Wait.. Sanemi-kun lied.. He said.. Kanye broke up with him.. Not him breaking up with Kanae! If he told me this sooner.. I would've never be this mad!! He lied! I.. I need to talk with Aoi. I open her door and see her walking around in circles thinking of something.

'Hey Aoi..?' I say. She looks at me with nervously. 'A-anything you need Nee-san?' Aoi ask worried. I know what she is worried about. Now I know the truth.. Sadly.. 'I over heard your talk with Sanemi..' I tell I her. Ali eyes open wide with some noticeable fear.

'Calm down Aoi dear.. I won't tell anyone..' I tell Aoi. I walk over and hug Aoi. 'I-i didn't know Sanemi broke up with Kanae.. I thought they had a small argument or something..' Aoi tells me. 'I was so shocked when I found out he broke up with Kanae..' Aoi says crying a bit. 'It's just a break up Aoi.. It's nothing to cry about. Don't forget the best people don't have the best endings? Just like how Sanemi and Kanae's relationship didn't have a good ending but they were a cute couple?'

No one POV

'It's completely normal for them to break up!' Shinobu tells Aoi, cheering Aoi up a little. 'You think so? Nee-san didn't seem so.. Happy..' Aoi tells Shinobu. 'Maybe it shocked her?' Shinobu says successfully calming down Aoi. 'Yeah.. Maybe..' Aoi mutters. 'Say about the Inosuke kid. I heard your.. Possibly.. Like him?' Shinobu says. Aoi's face flushes red. 'WH-WHAT?! I DON'T LIKE HIM!' Aoi says covering her face that was as red as a tomato. 'No need to be so embarrassed Aoi!' Shinobu tells her.

Shinobu then keeps mentioning how fit Inosuke was and how he had looks of a queen which all made Aoi blush very hard. Shinobu then had to ask Aoi a small question. 'So.. I know this is off topic but..' Aoi looks at her sister with a red face and her shining blue eyes. 'Hmm?' 'I heard you and.. Shinazugawa arguing..' Shinobu says catching Aoi very off guard. 'Ah.. That..' Aoi says as the blush starts to fade. 'You and him got onto very serious topics?' Shinobu asks. Aoi looks down on the ground nervously. 'Yes we did..' Aoi mutters.

Shinobu sighs. 'You know better then this..' She tells Aoi. Aoi blinks and hugs herself. She didn't mean to get into a sensitive topic.. But was it worth it? 'I'm sorry Nee-san.. I really should've actually know better.' Aoi apologizes. 'It's alright. We can't change the past now can we?' Shinobu says. 'As long as Sanemi isn't hurt then this should be fine.'

Kanao puts her plate in the sink and walks away, leaving Kanae all alone eating. Kanae watches her younger sister head upstairs. She sighs. Kanae finishes eating and gets up to wash the dishes. She grabs the empty plates and heads to the sink. Kanae then washes all the dishes quietly while humming music.

Kanao goes into Kanae's room to check on something decently important. She needed to find her gift for Tanjiro. Kanao asked Kanae for love advice and hoped the gift was done. As Kanao kept walking around Kanae's room as she got closer to the bathroom, it had a horrid scent due to the blood. She then gets a little to curious and heads to the bathroom seeing Kanae's backpack. As the good sister Kanao is, she decides to help clean out Kanae's backpack. When she unzipped the top the first thing she saw was a bloody knife and clothes. She stares with horror.

Kanae finishes washing the dishes and heads upstairs to clean her backpack, only to find Kanao staring at the backpack with terror.

THIS IS MY SHORTEST CHAPTER BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEAS 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Butttttttttt at least you guys don't get to see the butterfly sisters until chapter 20 for a surprise :) (Honestly no surprise if you guess it)
