Nandini's first day went smoothly she understood everything and started working nicely

It's been 3 months
She is working very hard and does her job very well

Manik was in his cabin he looked at Nandini through glass door who was passing by his cabin

Manik's cabin glasses are like from inside everything is seen clearly but from outside only blurry glasses can be seen

Manik looked at her wearing black suit
He smiled but then he frowned noticing a band-aid on her right hand
Manik calls someone and say
- Send Nandini in my cabin right now

After sometime
Manik heared a knock and her sweet voice
May I come in sir?
Manik - Yes
Nandini comes inside and looked at him
Manik - Aapke haath me kya hua hai Nandini ?
Nandini looked down her lips shivered
Manik noticed her body language
Manik - Main kuch puch Raha hu
Nandini looked at him and say - Sir wo kal meri ek friend ke saath ek larke ne
Manik gets up from his chair and goes towards her

Nandini looked at him close to her
He holded her both hands they were ice cold
Manik made her sit on chair and sat down on ground on his knees
Manik - Sab sach bataiyega Hume jhoot nahi pasand
Nandini's eyes left some tears - Sir wo kal hum ghar ja rahe the toh Ayaansh ne Hume roka tha
Manik - Wo new intern ?
Nandini nods
Manik - Fir?
Nandini - Unhone hume propose kiya humne mana kar Diya toh unhone hamara haath pakar liya or chhor hi nahi rahe the toh guards ne unhe pakra phir unhone Hume dhakka de Diya toh hum gir gaye toh humare haath me chot aa gayi

Manik jaw clenched his knuckles turned white
Manik - He is absent today!?
Nandini nods and wipes her tears
Manik - Fufa ko bataya aapne ?
Nandini nods in no and say - Hum unhe pareshan nahi karna chahte hai bhai
Manik nods
Manik - Dekhiye Nandini ab se aap akele Jana band kare...hum aapko chhor Diya karenge
Nandini - Par bhai hum aapke saath kaise jaaye
Manik - Matlab
Nandini - Matlab humne yaha bataya nahi hai ki hum cousins hai or hum nahi chahte humare kirdaar pe koi aanch aaye

Manik looked down as she was correct
Manik - Dekhiye hum aapke liye ek car or ek bodyguard appoint kar rahe hai jo bas Ghar se office or office se Ghar Tak aapke saath aapke car me rahega
Office me aap mehfooz hai jab Tak hum Zinda hai humare intekaal
(Manik paused as Nandini kept her fingers on his lips)
Nandini - Yeh kya bol rahe hai aap (she chant some prayers and blow air on him)

Making Manik heart stop beating
Manik looked at her and say - Aap befikr hoke rahe samjhi
Nandini nods
Manik gets up and hands her glass of water which was kept on his desk
Nandini sips
Manik gives her tissues
She cleans her face and goes

Manik looked at the glass which has her gloss
He placed his lips on exact place and drinks the water
Manik - Raspberry!? & chuckles
