Yashvi sighed, breathing heavily as she sat beside Amrit and opened her lunch box.
"Wow. Your mother-in-law certainly loves you," Rishika commented, looking at the warm rajma chawal. Yashvi chuckled, nodding in agreement when her phone rang. A smile came over her lips as she looked at the caller ID.
"Hello," she happily said, holding her phone to her ear and smiling while listening to his chuckle.
"Have you had your lunch?" Advik asked from the other side. She could hear the voices of her brother-in-laws and Aashi, who worked in the same building as a top architect.
"I've just begun. What about you?" she asked, picking up a spoon.
"We are at the hotel across the street and having lunch here. If you can, please come," he requested. She looked at her wristwatch and then at the tiffin. It was only half-past one, and she had nearly half an hour to spare. Doing the calculations, she hummed in response.
"But Maa sent me Rajma-chawal," she whined with a pout.
"Bring it here then. The private dining room is booked under my name. Just tell them, and they will guide you. Come fast. I am waiting," he said and ended the call, making her exhale a deep breath and shake her head.
"Guys, I have some work. I will be back within half an hour."
"Then let us have your rajma-chawal," Amrit said, looking hungrily at the tiffin, making her laugh as she passed it towards them.
"But where?" Rishika asked, glancing at her curiously.
"Advik invited me for lunch," she said and left for her desk, picking up her handbag, and quickly departed.
"Perks of having a rich husband," Nandini taunted.
"Why don't you focus on yourself instead of her? Lately, you haven't been doing well. What if you get kicked out of her husband's company?" Rishika taunted, glaring at her hard. Twisting her mouth, Nandini went back to her lunch.

Yashvi entered the private dining area and saw her husband and his siblings sitting there. The atmosphere was lively and fun.
"Bhabhi," Aashi said and immediately went to hug her. Yashvi smiled, reciprocating the hug, and went to sit beside her husband.
Advik smiled, his face lighting up as his hand immediately moved to her thighs, holding her hand tightly. She glared at him, but he ignored it and playing with her fingers.
"Who planned this?" Yashvi asked, holding her husband's hand, which was busy drawing circles over her knuckles.
"It was spontaneous," Adarsh replied with a smile, while Adya pouted.
"I need to use the washroom. Excuse me," Aashi said, standing up and leaving the place.
"Where is your rajma chawal? I didn't order food for you," Advik teased her. She gave him a mock look, and when she looked around, he leaned in and pecked her lips before sitting back, as if nothing happened.
She glared at him, her cheeks flushed, as she saw the waiter coming inside with their order. She immediately regretted coming here as soon as her eyes fell on the food. There were a variety of dishes, but none of them suited her taste palate. Advik chuckled, looking at the regret in her eyes, and held her hands tightly.
"Don't worry. I ordered mac and cheese and pizza for you," he said. She sighed in relief and looked at him thankfully.
A while later, Aashi came along with Janki.
"I found her having her lunch alone, so I asked her to join us," Aashi said, pulling Janki, who passed an awkward smile to everyone.
Yashvi's mood turned sour as soon as her eyes fell on Janki. It wasn't like Janki had done anything to her, but she hated the way Janki looked at Advik.
