I climbed up the ladders on the playground and went down the yellow slide, Once I got to the bottom I looked around and seen a girl getting circled by other boys our age

I walked over and they were laughing and pointing at her "Where is your mommy and daddy" A boy said laughing, I grab his shirt & slammed him down just so he can get out of her space

He looked up at me and frowned "Leave her alone or I'm going to get my brothers" I said before pointing at my older brother that was on the other side of the park

My brothers Ja'quan, Derrick, Dominique & Andre were older than me; Andre is the oldest at 16, Dominique  second being 15, then Ja'quan at 13 and lastly is Derrick 12, My mom adopted our cousins Ma'Kaia & Andre when their mom ran off after having them, Ma'Kaia is 12 and I'm 8

I only see them as siblings so I call them my brothers and sister, I stop calling them my cousins once my explained to me what happened

"No one is scared of your brother" Another boy said but I knew that was a lie because they suddenly turn to check on me the boy breathing hitched

"Okay" I said with a smile on my face before waving my brothers over along with Ma'Kaia, My brothers are really violent & always doing bad things so they already had ski masks on & dressed in all black

I heard rushed footsteps behind me so I turned to see the other boys ran off but left the guy I slammed

"Wassup" Andre said with his rusted tone of voice

"He's being rude and a big bully" I said to them, Andre gave Ma'Kaia a look and she snatched the boy up and she walked way with my brother behind her

"Thank you" A soft voice said & I turned to see the taller white girl still sanding there

"You're welcome; I'm Pryncess, but people call me Nae" I shrugged as we walked towards the monkey bars

"I'm Lauren" She said while watching me go bar from bar

"Come on!, it'll be fun" My best friend Lauren of 11 years said try to convince me to go somewhere tomorrow with her

"Girl no, I'm not bout to wear no dress & be around white people on a yacht" I rolled my eyes

"I'm literally white myself" She said before laughing whilst talking a seat

"Anywho!, You're coming & i'm not taking no for a answer" Lauren said before doing a tiktok of herself at my vanity with the light on

"You lucky I wanna find a fine rich white man to take care of me" I rolled my eyes & groaned while getting up to find something in my closet to wear tomorrow

I searched and through many clothes hanging up & pulled out a skims body con dress "What about this" I asked holding the dress up to my body

I went back and grabbed my denim corset & skirt set, I showed it to her and her eyes lit up at the sight

"I love- Aye, momma said the food done" My brother Derrick said barging into my room, Lauren eyes instantly filled with lust.

Though she denies she likes Derrick I can just see it with my own eyes, She just doesn't want to ruin our friendship but I can care less about her and my brother messing around
