1. The same thing you did to get lean you have to do that to stay lean year round. I did omad which is 23:1 to lose body fat now I Have to maintain that for the rest of my life but I also find omad enjoyable.

Be self discipline.

2. (What I do is Intermittent Fasting, calorie deficit, walking 12,000 steps everyday in the morning, weight training 4 days a week. I also eat high amounts of protein). (I recommend being productive in the morning because when you're in intermittent fasting you most likely will break your fast in the afternoon.)

Males should consume 150 grams of protein a day atleast.

Females should consume 100 grams of protein atleast.
